Our pizzeria in Bressanone/Brixen is a magnet for gourmets from near and far. Both locals and holiday guests enjoy the crunchy creations that range from fresh and light to hearty. Our pizzas are impressive in terms of both taste and appearance. The result is a product made from many years of experience that our pizza baker has and first-class fresh products from the region. Our pizzas’ unique flavour is thanks to one or two secret recipes that are used for the dough and sauce but above all the wood-fired oven where the pizzas are baked, as traditionally called for.
