We are convinced that the origin and quality of the raw materials, regionalism and seasonality are the basis of every successful dish. That is why it is predominantly products from South Tyrol that are processed in the Löwenhof’s kitchen. Our kitchen crew’s skill and our head chef Mirko Scapin’s flair result in tasty, flavoursome dishes. Our South Tyrolean specialities and delicacies from Mediterranean cuisine are all home-made and no flavour enhancers are used in their preparation. There are of course also vegetarian and vegan versions of our South Tyrolean specialities and we cook dishes for people with food intolerances, which are labelled as such on our menu. We are also happy to recommend an accompanying wine to go with your meal from our wine menu with more than 100 labels.
Only the very best ingredients end up on our pizzas from the wood-fired oven. Our own creations are very popular with our regular customers and impress due to the quality of the products used and the craftsmanship of our pizza baker Marco, who has been loyal to us at the Hotel Löwenhof for more than 20 years.
