Our kitchen team headed by Chef Hubert Ploner is renowned for its creative, tasty cuisine which always uses natural and healthy ingredients. We offer typical South Tyrolean specialties as well as a selection of Italian and French dishes. Each day of your stay will therefore be rounded off by culinary delights, combining traditional as well as Mediterranean influences, accompanied by fine wines.

We also offer a wide range of different pizzas made in a traditional wood oven, fresh salads from the buffet and fine desserts.
